About the Firm

Who is Vivian Niebla

Vivian Niebla is a Cuban-American attorney born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

In 1998, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Vivian was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif after graduation.

Vivian spent the early years of her career representing clients in class action and products liability litigation. Vivian now practices exclusively in the areas of probate administration and guardianship administration. As the parent of a disabled young adult, her practice is personal to her. She truly understands the challenges faced by parents and/or caregivers of disabled individuals and the need to plan for the day when they are no longer here.

In her spare time, Vivian enjoys traveling with her family, reading books, and going to concerts and museums. She is a foodie, a wine lover, and a life-long Miami Dolphins fan.
