Who Is Attorney Vivian Niebla

Vivian Niebla is a Cuban American attorney born and raised in Miami Florida. Her deep roots in this community shape both her personal and professional life and her passion for serving families in need is at the center of her practice. Vivian graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her interest in understanding people and advocating for their well being guided her decision to pursue a legal career.

In 1998 Vivian graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time in law school she earned membership in the University of Miami Law Review and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. These honors reflect her academic excellence, dedication and strong analytical skills which she now applies to every probate and guardianship matter she handles.

Vivian began her legal career representing clients in class action and products liability litigation. Although she gained valuable experience in those areas she ultimately chose to dedicate her career to probate administration and guardianship administration. This shift was not only a professional decision but a deeply personal one. As the parent of a disabled young adult Vivian understands firsthand the challenges that parents and caregivers face when planning for the future. She knows the fear, uncertainty and responsibility that come with ensuring a loved one will be protected when you are no longer able to care for them. This personal perspective shapes her approach to every case.

Today Vivian focuses exclusively on helping Miami families navigate the complexities of probate and guardianship. Her clients appreciate her compassion, her clear communication and her ability to simplify difficult legal processes. She approaches each case with patience and a genuine desire to ease the stress her clients are experiencing. When she is not practicing law Vivian enjoys spending quality time with her family traveling reading and exploring new restaurants. She is a foodie, a wine lover and a devoted lifelong Miami Dolphins fan.
